The History of Vineyard Veterinary Hospital
The name “Vineyard Veterinary Hospital” was officially established after Dr. Totman acquired the previous practice in January, 2003. One of Dr. Totman’s primary goals was to refocus the clinic on a collaborative framework, based on communication and collaboration with our patients’ caretakers. We also aim to give our clients with educational materials and support so they can help their pets live long, happy lives.
We are a full-service animal health care clinic that is devoted entirely to the treatment and care of dogs and cats. We provide a wide range of services to help our patients maintain their current good health as well as plan for long-term maintenance. While our primary goals are to promote wellness and preventative care, we also provide a variety of therapy choices for any medical, diagnostic, cosmetic or surgical need that may occur in your pet.
The hospital is state of the art, with all of the room, equipment, technology, and services required to ensure that our patients receive high-quality care for the rest of their lives. We provide a warm, welcoming waiting area; modern, spacious examination rooms; a completely equipped surgical suite and diagnostic laboratory; a well-stocked pharmacy for all of your pet prescription needs; and a modest retail store with select pet care goods to help you feel at ease when visiting the vet. We strive to keep cleanliness, order, and atmosphere in order so that everyone – especially those of four legs and two feet!
We feel we’re distinct from many of the other nearby veterinarians, and we’re proud of those differences! One area in which we strive to excel is in providing comprehensive care. We don’t think it’s a good idea to entice customers with low pricing and then later add on a slew of extra services. To ensure that our feline friends are healthy and safe, we believe that in all things we do, whether it’s for a health check or a complicated surgery, we must provide them with the best level of attention possible.
