COVID-19 Procedures

We know you have questions about the health of your pet during this crisis. Please be assured we are classified as an essential business, and are committed to remaining open to care for your pet during this time.

Here are some important updates about our procedures in response to recent developments. These are intended to help keep our staff and clients safe and healthy! Thank you for your cooperation.
NEW office hours:
Starting 3/21, we will be closing at 2:00. This will be our last Saturday. We will no longer be open on Saturday until this all settles down. Our M-F hours are now 8:00am-5:00pm
1) Appointments.

In order to limit person-to-person contact. we currently are asking that only one member of your family accompany your pet for appointments. Please have additional people stay home or wait in the car. If you will need assistance getting your pet in the clinic, you can call us upon arrival and we will assist you.

2) Call ahead for prescription refills and food pickup.

This will help limit the number of people waiting in the lobby. You can also pay over the phone to further avoid contact.

3) Reschedule if you’re not feeling well.

If you or someone in your household is unwell, please do not come into the clinic. You can call us to reschedule.

4) If you are immunocompromised, elderly, or care for someone who is, but your pet needs to be seen: Please let us know. You can call from your car upon arrival and we can send someone out for your pet and communicate with you via the phone.
